I use my Thrity-Four years of experience to craft a Will that specifically expresses your directive about how your property and money should be distributed upon death. I also give legal advice about coordinating your Will with other instruments you may have such as bank accounts, trusts and survivorship deeds to property.

I also take your loved ones through the process of transferring your assets to your loved ones through the Connecticut Probate Court. I work to make sure that you pay little or no death taxes. I also work to make peace between your heirs, should there be infighting about the distribution of assets.
