David A. Scalzi has worked in the Criminal Courts in Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, Brtidgeport and Milford, Connecticut for Thiry-Four years. My philosophy is that having a criminal record should be avoided if at all possible. The Courts today offer a wide varity of programs where charges will be droped if you agree to attend classes to educate you to avoid getting into criminal trouble in the future. In some cases where thees programs are not available to you due to a past criminal record then I fight to have the charges either lowered or dismissed.

How Can We Help ?

When you come to my office, I will assess you for available programs and also look at whether the evidence that the arresting authority has against you is creditble and could hold up under the reasonable doubt standard. I will attend Court for as many times as it takes to make sure that you get the best possible outcome to your case. I do not treat my clients as just people I must think about when I am in Court. I treat my clients as if they were a part of my family a demonstrate that care and concern to the prosecutors so that any reloution is carefully considered.
